The Sulfur Crested Cockatoo has a feathered body covering that expands in the winter to keep the Cockatoo properly insulated. The size of the cockatoo can be related with a brick not including weight. The sulphur crested cockatoo got its name from having a Retractable yellow crest on the rear of its head.
